CRYSTAL R. POUND

Crystal is an Attorney licensed to practice law in Minnesota, North Dakota, as well as Iowa State and Federal Courts.

Crystal’s practice areas include elder law, estate planning, probate, probate litigation, guardianships, conservatorships, and trust law.

Crystal graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Mass Communications before attending the University of Iowa College of Law, where she earned several honors and awards. Crystal’s accomplishments include receiving the Boyd Service Award with highest service honors and the Philip G. Hubbard Human Rights Award upon graduation.

In recognition of Crystal’s legal expertise and contributions to the legal profession, Crystal has been included in the Thomas Reuter's Super Lawyers Rising Stars List from 2018-2022 and was presented to the University of Iowa Board of Regents by the College of Law as a Distinguished Alumna in 2019.

In addition to her legal work, Crystal is the President and Co-founder of Justice101, a non-profit organization with a mission to teach vulnerable populations their constitutional rights under the Fourth Amendment. Crystal is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Iowa College of Law, where she shares her knowledge and expertise with aspiring legal professionals.

When she's not working, Crystal enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Michael, and their two cats.
